Flanged hub nut.
Wheel-end application.

The flanged hub nut retains the wheel-end bearing assembly on the axle spindle. The integral flange distributes clamping load across a wider bearing area compared to a standard hex nut and washer.

From wire rod to finished, coated, inspected part — four stages, one Ludhiana facility, full lot traceability throughout.

Raw material
Wire rod supplied to EN8 specification. Chemistry and mechanical properties certified per heat before production, with EN 10204 3.1 MTC.

Hot heading
Hex body and flange formed by hot heading — net-shape part, no material removed, no weld lines.
03
Thread rolling
Internal threads rolled, not cut. Rolling displaces material rather than removing it, keeping grain flow continuous through the thread root for improved fatigue resistance. Tolerance: 6H per DIN 13.
04
Heat treatment, coating & inspection
Heat treatment applied per specification. Coating — zinc or hot-dip galvanising — applied to order. De-embrittlement bake standard on electroplated parts. 100% Go/No-go thread gauging. EN 10204 3.1 MTC issued per lot.
